I called and asked if they were accepting new clients and for some reason the person on the phone goes “client? Do you mean patient?” I misspoke, they clearly knew what I meant and it just felt condescending. Then when I asked to make an appointment they told me they don’t take insurance, despite their website stating they do accept insurance.
I am writing to highly recommend Dr. Balci. She is one of the most professional, talented, and experienced psychiatrists I have ever encountered. The innovative approach she utilizes encompasses talk therapy, tailored coping strategies, medication management, and a focus on diet, supplements, and blood work to identify any underlying health issues contributing to mental health challenges.
