She's a 'listener' who knows well the sentimental value of her product. Thank you, Maureen, as your artistic talent resulted in an exquisite floral arrangement for my family member. I have been a regular here for a few years. This is the oldest flower shop in Canada and a staple of the Byron downtown. The customer service at this place is unparalleled. The woman who runs the store takes the time to know and remember her customers - this is something I have never experienced in another store. Their bouquets are always designed to impress and are priced quite fair.
