Dr Ratner is acceptable for routine cleanings and exam however, I would not recommend him for long term dental work. I paid out of pocket for my dental treatment. I was a patient of his previous office ,and he left the practice without notice, leaving my work unfinished and many other from my community . A doctor who truly cares about their patients would not leave without ensuring proper notice and continuity of care.
