Kerr is an awesome guy. I came in the store as a newbie player/painter and he guided me step by step. Even got my son playing and painting AoS as well. Looking at more weekends to spend on this little Shop and have some fun!
Helped me with not only purchase and how to play but I also brought my units because I didn't know who was who and got help identifying my army. Manager also helped teach me how to repair my units and so I will go to a paint class
Extremely noob friendly! I was pretty clueless but was taken step-by-step through the start-up process. Very friendly and good customer service! I want everything in there ;_;
