I've been going to this store for years and I love the environment people here play because we love the game the hobby and the atmosphere. I always fell welcome and respected by everyone even though I am a terrible painter and slightly less terrible player.
This games workshop is great! Ben is always very helpful and gives great advice when you aren't sure what to do next modeling wise or painting or just advice for strategies to try. All and all great customer service. The place also has a great community surrounding it. Lots of helpful people and as long as your reasonable they'll be reasonable with you. I walked into the store for the first time today. Ben approached and greeted me. I told him I was wanting look at Warhammer for a hobby just the painting side. He was very helpful and gave me lots of good information. The best thing was there was no pressure to buy and I left with a guide. Nice to see a company that wants to educate not just sell. Will definitely return for supplies. Thanks again.
Great staff. Fun atmosphere. Excellent crowd. Easily my favorite of all the Games Workshop stores I have visited.
