This is a revisit to an opinion on the quality of consumer care I felt after buying several (albeit infrequent) kits from this particular store. How a person responds to direct concerns/criticism is more telling than most professional measurables, and I feel this is the case here. Doshu is an outstanding champion of the hobby, very knowledgeable about the games and great with painting. The store is well laid out, clean and very organized, a great place to come learn new techniques or simply get a great game in. Awesome store!
