A welcoming atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond
Went in for the first time today, VERY new to WH40K and miniatures in general. Currently I'm just tipping my toe into the creative side and painting my first miniature. Stephanie was really welcoming and was able to help me with my purchase and let me know that there's always help to be found here(will definitely be taking advantage of that!). Awesome first experience and I will be back for more once I get into the gaming aspect of the hobby.
New to warhammer, Jay was super helpful and nice! I can't wait to get going on my army so I can come here and play!
Sure my husband's entire paycheck gets spent here but it is totally worth all the cool shit he buys, some of it is even for me sometimes lol. Jay kicks ass as well. One of the reasons we like going in rather than going online.
Awesome GW store, very patient and friendly, full of ideas and even took the time to show my wife how to paint her new tyranids! Can't wait to play a game there!!
