I would give even less Stars if zero was an option. Do not spend your money here. I tried to help a small business and purchase from them and when I reached out and asked why my product hadn't shipped. What I got was excuses and insults. When I asked them to save the insults and simply ship what I paid for 5 days ago, I got more excuses and insults. These guys have no customer service skills whatsoever. The wife and I came from Portland for a game and the owner is amazing not only helped us find gear that was sized correctly he also helped us find a great place to eat at and the whole transaction was great. Will for sure be back and do business with the store again. They had a good selection of clothing and hats and prices seemed to be cheaper than any other store nearby especially the team store. Thanks for being such a great store, team, and owner !!! If I could do 10 stars I would

My dad and I both got new Mariners hats and we had the best experience with the guy who was working. He was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Fantastic customer service. Will be back for another hat in the future!
