Dr. Chris is the best! Super helpful and great at what he does.
I was training for a HYROX competition and was experiencing excruciating shoulder pain. A friend recommended me to Dr. Chris. I have spent the last 3 months with him and am amazed at the recovery that I've experienced. I was able to compete with zero pain. My 14 year old daughter also was experiencing elbow pain from overuse in volleyball and she saw Dr. Chris twice and experienced relief immediately. I would highly recommended him.
Dr. Dean at GameDay Sport and Spine saved me this year when I developed a 14-month bout of plantar fasciitis. I had tried every possible remedy, but his method of soft tissue work on my calf/foot and improving rotation and flexibility of my ankle/foot is the only thing that made a difference. He was always willing to try new techniques to give me relief. I now wear custom orthotics which help, but they would not have resolved my pain without the supplementary care from Dr. Dean.
