I am so happy to find this place. They have helped me so much with my weight loss. I love the staff.. each and everyone of them are amazing, they treat you like family. I’m very happy with the service everytime I come here.

Staff is awesome!!! Super friendly and always willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. Jess rocks the front desk always welcoming me when I come in and ready to help where needed. Been going there almost a year and have lost 40 lbs !!! Have gone from last hole in a particular belt to #5. Gone from XXL to XL with shirts and from 40 waist to 36 (some 34) on pants. I’m 14 lbs from target weight of 195. Matt knows his stuff!!! He’s not only motivating but always keeps your best interest and health in mind at all times.
