Absolutely worst rental place ever. The girl couldn't even print out our agreement.
Only had the unit a couple weeks. Had a heavy rain and everything I stored got wet. They asked if I paid for insurance, and said they had no idea the unit was leaking when the roof is only a sheet of plastic with tape covering the holes they had no idea was leaking. Less than 1 star, get insurance if you expect your stuff to not get rained on at a storage unit
Now being able to go through entire rental process on the app, set up, pay, pick up, is super easy & for someone with social anxiety, being able to schedule & correctly enter code to unlock box with U-Haul keys ready to go, can’t believe how simple process is now & how quick you schedule & picked your rental up was definitely the move ! Love that !
