Now being able to go through entire rental process on the app, set up, pay, pick up, is super easy & for someone with social anxiety, being able to schedule & correctly enter code to unlock box with U-Haul keys ready to go, can’t believe how simple process is now & how quick you schedule & picked your rental up was definitely the move ! Love that !
