Jason and his staff provide excellent training and support. It had been awhile since I got back into the gym. I wanted to learn how to lift correctly, to avoid injury and get the best results during my workouts. The knowledge and expertise provided at GTS is second to none. They have multiple locations in the South Bay. You can use them all. I have found them to be convenient as I commute during the week. Whether you spend a lot of time at the gym or are looking to get started, I highly recommend them.
