I was in town for a wedding and was in need of a hair cut. I walked in and was greeted right away and told them what I needed. They got to me in about 5-10 minutes. They were very kind and my hair cut looked good.

4 years later and they are still nickel and diming the customers. I enjoy a fade cut with the foiler in use. They charge you an extra $5 with the already priced haircut. I'll keep going back to Great Clips. Where it's not a nickle and dime issue. The competition beats them hands down, STILL! The customer services are not indicative of the price imo. I try to stay local and bypass franchises but wow. I'm on a budget and will go to the competitor's for a great cut with no charge for using a foiler. I've lowered my rating to a ... read more
