My children train there a couple days a week. Coach Verdee and Coach Darrell are amazing, professional and very knowledgeable. I'd give then 10 stars if I could.
I go for personal training and my kids go for sports training. Coach Verdee is the best!! I'm also thinking about signing up for yoga classes.
