Ryan always does a great job coaching! He keeps the class running on time, gives a thorough explanation of the workout, and makes sure everyone is properly warmed up and ready to go. He’s encouraging, knowledgeable, and always available throughout the workout for questions, guidance, or a spot when needed. Great coach and always a great class!
