The eyebrow fill and lashes were pretty & I was really satisfied with the work she did on my eyebrow fill and lashes. However she messed up my eyebrow after taken the makeup off I realized the artist chopped off my arch . I went to address her on what she did well she LIED and said that “my brows were already like that, before I came “ and proceeded to give me my $$ back. The chicken heads here are terrible the have you sign a list yet they never call your name. They will stare at you and refuse service.
3stars b/c the young lady was really nice & friendly however, the makeup job itself was not the look I was hoping for. Especially, NOT for $87. (Contouring) hell, I didn't ask for that. You should have "ask" & let me ye or ne so that blind gesture was her tip. $$$. I spent a hour for a crayon face. The lashes inventory definitely needs an upgrade. The girl was a newbie from NYC petite cute & cool however ask clients specifically instead. I preciate the service but won't be returning
My go to for my brows. I love all the make up artist that are there. But my favorite is Kam. She a beast at what she does and fast and quick.
Was headed to a Christmas event. Stopped in and received amazing services. My lashes and eyebrows last a week.
