I made a last minute decision to try out a new gym this morning. So I texted the gym owner and they responded promptly and told me to come on in. Fun class that keep the heart rate up and appreciate them letting me come in last minute.
When I fist start going to game changers I was very discouraged and unsure of my ability. Melissa however is very encouraging and has helped me so much I value you her as my trainer and friend! 💕💕
