I was given Adam's name after a really awful car crash, and having never been in the situation wasn't really sure what to do. Adam was patient in explaining each step of the process, consulting me to make sure I was comfortable with each decision and backing me up when the insurance company was being elusive (shocker). I really appreciated his help navigating a scary time and taking some of the pressure off of figuring out what I needed to do so I could focus on healing. Would definitely recommend Adam!
