The gambling manager manual I received for learning the course and for the exam were horrible notes. Different topics were scattered throughout the 250 page book. It was extremely difficult and sometimes impossible to find topics I was questioning. The exam was “open book” but it didn’t even help because I couldn’t find a thing in the book that was on the exam.
