I’m not sure where the disconnect is here because I see good reviews. I booked a “move-out” cleaning for $350 on thumbtack and absolutely no services were provided. I believe the “team” thought since it was move-out that no one would check behind, but we were the people actually moving in. I spoke with Shanae over the phone and all seemed well. The crew was early. Inspected the job, and jumped right to work. The manager was helping the crew, and she talked to me while she worked (which was fine to me), as she cleaned the kitchen. I would refer them to a commercial and residential property that need a professional clean.
