Order a king cake from out of state it came in a day late look like it has been thrown around like a football all toward the pieces was hoping that he would at least taste good. The cake was very dry all tasting like it had been in the freezer, supposed to be strawberry and cream cheese filling, barely had no flavor to it. Very awful.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I ordered a king cake, and not only did it arrive late, but it also came in a regular cardboard box with zero insulation or temperature control. This wouldn’t be as big of a deal if it didn’t contain cream cheese—which, for obvious reasons, should not be sitting at room temperature for hours, let alone however long it took to get to me. So these are photos of a recent cake from Gambinos. Unacceptable. Cheap product - all dry cake and no icing. There is only a light layer of icing - more like a dusting. Cut into it and there is no icing and flavor - only dry cake. And $20 for this. Waste of money - never Gambinos again.
