He was extremely responsive and took the time to make sure everything was in order and the process went smoothly.
I’m glad I didn’t choose to buy from this agency. They are slow moving at everything except for taking your money. They have been a nightmare to work with as a buyer. Customer service is key when selling anything, especially houses. Earnest money is supposed to be returned immediately. There are not following proper procedures.
I highly recommend Dawn Karns for anyone looking to have the best experience while house hunting. She is extremely knowledgeable and has her clients’ best interests in mind. She is readily available and works tirelessly to find your dream home. It doesn’t get any better than Dawn!
