Absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful operation. I have been waiting here for FOUR HOURS, and they still haven’t even started loading. No updates, no explanation, no accountability. Staff openly ignores drivers, makes eye contact, and continues handling other trucks without any order or system. There is zero coordination, zero management, and zero respect for drivers’ time.
