Absolutely the worst dental experience I ve ever had. Horrible customer service, horrible bedside manner and wanted to charge for unneeded procedures. If you re a military family there are better ones in North Pole to go to.
Best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The staff was freindly and knowledgeable. Dr. Rodriguez himself was professional and kind he made sure to explain things in easy to understand way. I went to Dr. Rodriguez for several procedures and I finally feel confident with my smile again (plus no tooth aches)!! I would recomend Dr. Rodriguez to any one who wants great dentistry!
Absolutely horrible service. Bukoo bucks only to find out you recieved fillings you didnt need and on top of it, the fillings were filled wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. Rodriguez is rude and short and while his assistants were pleasant this is just a horrible choice of dentistry.
I would not take my dog to this place to have anything done! Most uncaring, unfriendly dentist office I have ever been to. My daughter left crying and in severe pain. My other daughter refused to go back to them after watching my younger one in the chair. Shame on them! If your looking for a dentist there are much better dentists in North Pole then this office!
My experience with Dr Rodriguez has been very good. He has been my family dentist for over 10 years. I have four children and everyone of them like him .He is friendly,polite and caring. I would recommend him to anyone who asks for a good/great dentist. His office staff has also been kind and professional and when they do not know something they ask. His office is clean ,airy,and relaxing. I have been to only one other dentist in the last 10 years and believe me I ran back to his office after the other visit. Geat dentist!!
I am writting this review out of concearn for any one who may follow in my footsteps. Recently I went to Mr. Rodriguez for two fillings and left with a bruised and cut cheek, bloody and swollen gums and lips, and a generall bad feeling. For \$500 you would think they would take their time with you and be pleasant and polite. Instead i recieved something far from medical care and further from profesional. If you like your dentist to do all your dentistry this is the place for you. Dr.Rodriguez not only does fillings and crowns, he does root canals, wisdom teeth extractions, bridges, veneers, implants, flexible partials, dentures, speedy denture relines, teeth bleaching, and much more.
