I've been calling for the last few days they are not answering the phone. I'm unable to book an appointment. Not even an option to leave a message for them to call you back. And after 11 minutes wait on the phone they decide to end the call. I'm calling in different hours and they're always not answering.
The staff were really nice and extra safe and precautious is right now because of covid. When you enter the building you have to go straight and down the stairs to the right and you'll see the office right in front of you.
I went there a couple of years ago. The x-ray technician refused to give me a lead apron for my body when he took about 10 images of my face. I was not impressed.
Very kind and helpful.
Receptionist wasn’t very professional or friendly. She wasn’t imterested in a thing I had to say and told me to “go sit down” as she was “busy”. The technician wasn’t very enthusiastic and seemed uninterested. Which I believe is why I was misdiagnosed. Reports from here were significantly different compared to reports elsewhere in a span of a few days!
