The technician was fine, but he charged my card twice and said it was declined, so i wrote a check. Well It's caused a hold on my account for over $1300. When I called them, I was told I would get a call back and I didn't. When I did finally speak to someone, they were rude, and said it wasn't there fault. Now I have to wait 7 days to get the charges reverted. Major pain in the butt!!
I wanted to take a brief moment to make sure I recognize the excellent job that GAM exterminators does every quarter. He has been servicing our home for the past about 2 years or more. They are always polite, timely and very professional. Scheduling with him is easy, we trust him in our home and really appreciate what they are doing to keep our home pest free.
