Doctors are good, a little rushed. Must schedule several months in advance, and difficult to reschedule if you have to cancel ( we were at fault on that). We must have angered the front office, because my 14 year old was sent a threatening letter to find care elsewhere. Very disappointing for your child to receive a letter like that, our family found great care elsewhere.
My visit was very pleasant. I liked all of the staff. It was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. It took a little bit of time as the doctor switched who was in the office at the time with who was waiting for their eyes to dilate with the drops. I was not left in the waiting room while he waited on one person only (which is what other visits to other doctors have done and it seemed like forever that I was waiting) I felt very attended to at Galvin Eyes. And I love Dr. Peters Irish accent. Thumbs up to the Galvin's.
