I have multiple rental properties, one of them Condominium in Galveston and managed by Ryson Real Estate Management, They are the worst i ever work with , the most non responsible and careless toward the property, I have contacted them on several occasions regarding the damages on my property , and they refuse to take responsibility for any of them , they charge the their costumers high fe and they don’t do anything to fix any of them “ they do charge the tenant security deposit “ The decide to what ever they like , and not ... read more
We will never use them again. Not sure if it was Managment or the property owners but the place was nothing like the pictures. The house looked worn and landscape over grown. We stayed at K&R and the place was nothing like the pictures! So disappointed! No stars from me.
I AGREE WITH CLARA 100%, THEY ARE TERRIBLE, REQUESTED MAINTENANCE YOU DON'T HEAR BACK UNTIL RENT IS DUE AND ONLY THEN, PLACE WAS FILTHY TERRIBLE SERVICE
This is the worst place to rent from. They are so nice when collecting your money but after that it was horrible. I must of called the emergency line 40 times never heard back. When it was time to check out of the beach home they arived with cleaners and rush you out i had to pick up my family and my 18th month old and pack up as fast as I could. I forgot some items and asked to call us to pick them up and or overnight them to us and it's been 24 hours I have yet heard back from them. When we call they just transfer us to a ... read more
The staff was friendly and helpful. The house was clean and safe very roomy and I would recommend them. Also the office happened to be easy to find. We stayed at Castaway Cottage in July.
