The female that answered the phone was rude and not helpful. After several minutes of Conversation with her, she said would send someone out but, she didn’t ask for my name, address or phone number. How can someone come out.
Rude and horrible service skills
Not understanding why they didn’t pick up my trash yesterday when it was outside on the curb saw them pick up my neighbors even they pick up my neighbor trash across the street and he doesn’t even have water when i got home around 12:30a from work trash still inside just call so hopefully they come get it makes no sense
I called public works this past week and 2 gentleman came out as they said they would same day and fixed a drainage issue in alley, very happy with response time and work, thank you
We’ve been waiting 6 weeks for extra trash can for our west end home. Have been promised the last 2 weeks it will be delivered. I think we have called and now spoken with them 4-5 attempts. Only can believe they don’t have enough workers. Being told it will be delivered next week, fingers crossed. Will change rating to 3 stars if it gets delivered next week! Come on City of Galveston - I know you can do better.
