We try to do something different every visit. This was one of our favorites!
We happened to see these funny looking trucks and decided to get on. The captain kept the trip lively and entertaining with some history lesson. Enjoyed the part when the truck went into the water that was awesome.
Almost waited 30 mins for the captain to show up for the tour
We Tati ten people (with children) on the tour and we throughly enjoyed it. We see so many if the sites in Galveston, but we've never known the history. It was very informative. The guide was so funny and a lot of fun. One suggestion: upgrade the sound system, the riders in the back often didn't hear more than a garble of noise. The kids got a kick of riding on land and water and then seeing the Duckboats throughout the city the rest of the day.
The Duck tour was a lot of fun. We walked up to the tour rep. and got tickets for the next tour. The tour guide was funny and even took a detour to show us some additional Galveston history. Now that I've been on the tour, I know a lot more about Galveston. Way to go, Duck!
