The customer service is pretty bad my first time ever in this office and needed to get my birth certificate so I asked some fat black guy in the hall that came out the “fema room” where the office was because I noticed the security guard was busy with someone else and he straight up sized me up like I was his slave master telling him don’t get near the apple pies, but the guy said he didn’t know when I asked the security guard and he happily helped me. Update: I had to appeal to the ARB but they were very helpful and resolved my issues. I would give them zero stars if I could! Every single year I have gone to protest and everyone was very helpful, they explained everything, and they were nice. This year was completely different. The lady didn't know how to explain anything and got upset when I told her I didn't understand what she was saying. She was no help at all and definitely shouldn't be in customer service.
Left many messages for days to option 1, person tax home exemption rep but no one has returned our calls. They don’t deserve or earn a star.
We bought the house at $600000. Now appraised at 1.5 million. What the heck? When I argued with the director, he was speechless but kept saying “nothing wrong with it”.
