My Spartan omelette was good, however my biscuits and gravy were cold, over-peppered, and our server never came to visit our table to see how our food was, or if we needed anything. Food was pretty good overall, service itself was lacking significantly
i paid 9.00 for 2 pieces of french toast and bacon. i ordered over the phone. when i told the owner thus was alot of money for what i received, he basically yelled at me and said i should have read the menu. He was rude AF. last time i was there it was packed. today is was barely half full. Hmmmmm..wonder why??!! i wont go back...
RecommendedThis morning was our first visit back and as usual, we were not dissapointed. The food was hot, delicious and plentiful. The service was personable and fast. Galvans is easily one of the best places in the Fox Valley for breakfast!!
Weekly customer and got bill to find 1.50 charge for split plate. we ordered salads and drinks also. asked at counter lady said it's a revenue thing so they dont loose revenue. very sad to say they now will loose all my revenue wont be back. If the customer service dosent care about nothing but revenue. Disappointed no warning of charge and Lame excuse
Best diner in the valley! I work close to the restaurant and this place is my go to! Pancakes, skillets, and gyro are my favorites. Service is pleasant, but it’s the food that keeps me coming back! I highly recommend visiting this family owned small business.
To most people this little broken pin wouldn’t seem like it has any value to it. But to me, it holds years of wonderful memories with my Uncle Butch. I can’t think of a single memory with him, that didn’t involve his camo hat with this pin on it. Ordered gyro. Took 20 minutes. Meat cooked at too high a heat resulting in hard edges and close to burnt meat, with some of it close to raw/under-cooked. Told manager and he just said “thats how we cook them here and we sell 300,000 lbs of gyro meat, blah blah blah.” Not once an apology that it wasn’t satisfactory. Never come back. Disappointing.
Manager is amazing and so is the staff... I've never had a bad experience. I only go for the breakfast. Best pancakes and Omelettes ever. My husband and I have been going for years now and will continue to do so!
Great breakfast food, the portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. We keep going back.
