Waiting in the line is worth it. This café has one of the best banana matcha’s I’ve ever had.
La foto que comparto es de hace un año y, como pueden ver, las porciones que sirven actualmente son considerablemente más pequeñas. Entiendo que los negocios tienen que hacer ajustes, pero reducir la cantidad de comida no es lo mejor para la experiencia del cliente, especialmente cuando uno espera recibir una porción acorde con lo que pagó. Ojalá puedan tomar en cuenta los comentarios de sus clientes y volver a ofrecer porciones más generosas, como las de antes.

I used to come here often, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered one of their fall drinks and asked if it could be made with matcha instead of coffee because I don’t drink coffee. The employee told me they couldn’t do it because the texture of the drink and matcha “just doesn’t go together.” As someone who works in a coffee shop, I understand not every request can be accommodated, but I found the response inflexible, especially since taste preferences are subjective and I would have been happy to try it.
