Galt Ocean Rehab Center is an amazing place. You can tell right away that the staff really cares and takes the time to support everyone on their journey. The location by the ocean makes it feel peaceful and relaxing, definitely not your typical clinical setting. They’re professional but also down-to-earth, and the whole vibe is just really positive and encouraging. If someone you know is looking for help, this is definitely a place worth checking out.
DO NOT , I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. The clinical team is weirdly controlling. They will dictate where you can work, what days you can accept interviews. They will only allow you to use your phone FOR AN HOUR A DAY outside in the heat. You can’t bring your phone inside. They will lock you outside. This is the worst facility experience I have ever had in Florida. Do yourself a favor. Do not come.
Highly recommended. The staff at Galt really know what they're doing. I was suffering from addiction and MH issues, and they were able to help me. They were the first place that actually made me feel safe and welcome. I was nervous at first, but everyone was so nice and welcoming. Galt Ocean helped me turn my life around. I definitely recommend them to anyone else who's struggling with addiction or MH issues.
I would like to share my experience at Galt. I can't say enough about the quality of care I received. The therapists are kind and attentive, and everyone there works hard to make sure you have the support you need to succeed. They were supportive of me and my journey. I truly felt like they cared about me as a person. The center is big, but the small groups made it feel intimate, which allowed me to feel comfortable discussing my concerns.
