Update - after being told the cowl to my truck was ordered scott the rudest service advisor told me toda it wasnt on order even though i have paperwork that says it was. He told me im not welcome there due to HIS MISTSKES AND MY REVIEW . I asked to soeak to his manageras he told me i was only there 1 time. When it was 2 work orders . Dealership service will always try to rip you off. Their diagnosis: "Let's start by replacing the air filter. It's dirty and looks like a brick. like it was never replaced." That diagnosis cost me $170. Saying "let's start with" makes it clear the smell might come back. They didn’t actually diagnose anything; they just replaced something dirty.
