ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY - my wife passed away and I disputed a vehicle deposit with Visa and they stuck to their guns and wanted to keep it!! Things must be tough, take your business elsewhere.
Purchased a dodge durango in April. The sales part of it was very smooth. However, their service and parts department is the worst i have dealt with. We requested a hitch put on the vehicle. We had to go back twice and the hitch continued to be on back order. Finally almost a month later it was put on. This was after us continuing to follow-up.
