I had an great experience at Galt Chrysler when I purchased a 2022 Edge with help from Gareth, Steve and Trevor. Gareth made the intros and Steve O. showed me the car and made the negotiations stress free and short. All were very professional and we both walked away happy. My brother and I visited this dealership to purchase a used car and were genuinely interested in making a deal. As with any vehicle purchase, I politely tried to negotiate the price. Unfortunately, the sales manager, Trevor Reynolds, responded by saying that we could either pay the price he had given us or “there is the door.” I understand that dealerships have pricing policies and may not always be able to negotiate.
