I purchased a ‘25 Tiguan (so far favorite car I’ve ever owned and I’ve had a lot - Lexus , BMW, Mini, Toyota, Honda and Nissan) and could not be happier with my experience from start to finish ! I had had a horrible experience with Santa Monica Lexus (lawyer worthy experience) and was still upside down on my car. Galpin worked with me and was such a great experience. I also love the nostalgia of The Scooby Doo Van and an original Herbie in the dealership.
I’ll get a 2024 Jetta since I got the car it gave a lot of problems starting with the sensors then shakes on the freeway, I already take 5 time and they mechanic mans still said the car don have any Every time I have the car back it’s the same problem and I have everything on record the same day when I pick the car, they don’t want to be responsible I’ll buy e new car and the gave me a bad one Do not buy on this dealer it’s my advice Every time I take my car to this dealer got more problems I just want a refund
