Galpin Volkswagen is the nearest Volkswagen dealership to me since I moved into the area. I made an appointment to take my VW to Galpin. I was the first to be checked in at 7:30. Around 10am I was told that they did not have the part and they would have to order it and that my car wouldn’t be ready for a day or two. I told him I’ll come get it. Galpin Lied Multiple Times About Their Gap Coverage! In July of 2020, I was driving for Uber full-time when I bought a new Volkswagen Jetta from Galpin. I had an amazing experience at Volkswagen Galpin in North Hills! Fernando was fantastic — he made the whole process smooth, professional, and stress-free. I was honestly shocked at how easy and comfortable everything felt because they weren’t pushy at all, and I never felt like they were trying to rip me off. Terrible and unprofessional. Took more than double the time I was initially told for the diagnostic, grossly underestimated the cost of the service, and the Service Manager didn’t even have the decency to reply to the email I sent her over a month ago. I will never come here again.
