I was in the market for used CPO VW and I came across 2021 Jetta sel with just under 40k miles at a reasonable price from Galpin VW. I immediately contacted them and spoke with, salesman Herman Serrano he answered all my inquiries and we went over some details. A few days later we spoke again got approved sent over all my paperwork drove from Fresno to North Hills, CA to officially sign all my documents and look at the vehicle in person. Got a decent deal. The process was fairly quick until I got to the financial guy who was stubbornlly pressing for one of those scammy "gap protection" insurances. He was the only black sheep in the whole deal.
The service team told me I only had up to 10,000 miles for my oil change on my 3 year lease. So I went and paid out of pocket to get my oil changes the final 2 times. When calling in to see my warranties later I find out that I had 3 oil changes on the warranty.
We worked with Gaplin VW to buy a car for our daughter who was relocating to LA from the East Coast. Moving across country is a busy, stressful time, Gaplin helped us acquire a car seamlessly, without stress from a distance. Herman Serrano, our sales person was fantastic and thorough to work with. Joey Boktor and Andy Cisneros supported the sale and made sure everything went as it should. We are so grateful for the experience at Gaplin!
Heard a lot about Galpin and wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment I started working with them they made everything so easy.
