We purchased a Volkswagen from Galpin over Memorial Day weekend, and nearly three months later, I’m writing this review because repeated calls and follow-ups with both our sales representative and management have gotten us nowhere. Worst Dealership ever. Unhelpful, bad service, have been waiting for a refund for my service plan for months even after submitting requested documentation. Would go out of my way to not buy a car or interact with Galpin again.

Amazing service when getting a new car with Andy internet manager and Fernando my sales associate. I called the day before and spoke with Andy figuring out all the pricing before even coming to test drive the vehicle as I did not want to spend hours at the dealership I came the next day. The car was washed and pulled up for a quick test drive was in and out in less than 48 minutes with a brand new 2026 vehicle with 9 miles!
