Oscar and his team are phenomenal! They took great care of me while my car was being serviced at the VW shop for almost a month and he was honestly more communicative then the service team was on keeping me updated, checking in and in making sure that everything was taken care of so l didn’t come out of pocket unnecessarily. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. I will MOST CERTAINLY be back for my other rental car needs whether my cars in the shop or not these guys are great!
Alma has helped me out on several occasions with a rental last minute at the North Hills location. She is always willing to help and is VERY quick to respond. Highly recommended!
