My first car was a new 1965 VW Beetle, I have owned 8 or 9 VW GTIs since my 1980 Scirocco, and I am quite familiar with the new-car purchase experience at VW dealers. Galpin is first rate. The process involves a lot of paperwork, and they made it easy to understand. The staff is friendly and efficient. I (almost) hope something goes wrong with the car so I can visit the Service Dept. and hang out with the sales staff.

We have been considering our first EV for a couple of years but with fuel prices continuing to stay high we decided it was time to pull the trigger and finally buy an EV. We test drove a Chevy Equinox and Bolt and a couple of Tesla models (the self driving mode is amazing) but after visiting Galpin Polestar and working with Nima Tahbazof we settled on a Polestar 3 with the Pilot and Plus upgrade.
