Terrible experience… total rip off. They gave me a diagnosis that my steering column was bad. They no longer make this part so that’s one thing and then they told me that they do not do after market parts and suggested I go elsewhere. So, I went to Iconic Auto. They diagnosed the problem to be just a bad battery. Wow. In addition. Ben, would not meet with me when I went to have the car towed. First I was told he was with another customer. Shop local and avoid Phoenix! We worked with Clint and Ernesto and were very happy with how easy the process was. I generally dislike the car buying process but these guys were great and more than willing to compete with dealers around the state. Highly recommend!!! Worked with Ray Fischer great salesman. Would highly recommend him to anyone buying a Mazda in Prescott. Thanks Ray. Only critique is I needed to spend $191.00 the next day for a 2nd key fob from local locksmith because dealer only provided one key fob. I wasn't able to order it from Mazda dealer because the Mazda service center closed a few minutes before we finished signing the contract for our 2021 Mazda. *** I should have negotiated a 2nd key fob into the deal.
