Judah helped us buy two cars. He is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered, he gave us an amazing deal and was very kind. The finance lady and the manager were amazing as well ! We love our cars! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.
My wife and I were up in Prescott this past memorial day weekend. We wanted a CX70 or 90 because the 10k lease cash promotion was expiring on 9/2. We spoke with Pablo who was our sales guy, he was friendly enough and the test drive went smooth. This is where everything fell apart. Drove 180 miles for service on my Mazda because Galpin is closest dealership. The service was to update software due to a glitch in the infotainment system. I arrived and was told I would probably need the whole system replaced and would have to pay out of pocket ($1,700) and then get reimbursed by Mazda. It is under an extended warranty due to he glitch being part of a class action lawsuit. I questioned why I wild have to pay out of pocket and why could they just do the software update. I just had another fabulous experience at the Galpin service department! Unfortunately I bought my 2024 CX - 90 in Scottsdale but I am very happy I chose Galpin for my service . Ben has always been my advisor and he is “ excellent “ - he has all the attributes of a great service advisor - and I believe he would make a top notch Service Manager down the road .In addition I met a young lady named Kaylee who helped while Ben was busy .
