Robert from service is great, I can see why this dealer has so many excellent reviews. He worked with my third party warranty company and got them to cover everything when they were trying to give me coverage problems, car repairs were great running like brand new
I purchased my Jaguar F Pace here, and have been servicing it here ever since. I had transmission issues and they charged me $7,600 to repair. According to them, I have one year warranty. Well the car began having transmission issues again before the year warranty expired, and they refuse to honor their warranty . They claim it’s now an engine issue despite the fact it’s checking gearbox fault. They want $3,800 just to diagnose the car.
