Gio & Oliver were awesome! We walked in and were greeted right away by Oliver. He introduced us to Gio who went every step of the way to ask us what we were looking for new/used, any features we wanted the vehicle to have, and then took us on a few test drives. It was a very busy labor day weekend but none the less he was informative, and made the process very easy going. I’ve done business with Galpin Jag in the last and I raved about the customer service so I brought my co-worker to Galpin Honda and I guess the they don’t value new customers. The salesman boasting about 120 cars being sold yesterday. We called about a specific car and the salesman reached out to confirm our appointment but didn’t mention they sold the car. Then we get there and the back and forth and lack of respect from men there was crazy. I’ll never recommend Galpin Honda to anyone.
I just want to say how impressed I am with this location. The service was honestly more than perfect, and I definitely have to give a huge shoutout to my salesperson, Raul Vazquez. I’ll admit that I can be a pretty picky customer, but that’s because I want to make sure I’m getting a price that I feel is fair and reasonable.
