I recently purchased a vehicle from Galpin ford in Prescott, Az. The sales person I worked with (Baldo) was great he was professional and provided valuable assistance with my purchase. The finance guy (Chance, I believe) was on top of things and did an outstanding job in my case. Unfortunately, this team has lost my business. I took my vehicle in to the service center to have a software update done, due to a recent recall, and I left with a broken blower motor. When I asked the service rep “how is it that I dropped my vehicle off for a software update and I’m leaving with a broken blower motor”? Jordans response was “coincidence”. Thanks to Kevin Maguire and Keri, I bought a new Ford Ranger and they made my experience a delight. My husband and I bought a used 2021 Ford Escape from Galpin Ford in Prescott Valley the end of June 2026. Two days later we took the care back to them because there was an issue with the transmission. Our salesperson in PV sent the car to Galpin Ford in Prescott for repair at the dealerships cost. After several weeks of back and forth with them they finally said that they would not repair the car. We returned the car and received our money back. Today I see that the car is for sale again.
