Upon calling Gavin Ford to express my concern about my car. Matthew answered my call and made me feel confident again about my situation. He had me bring the car to the shop the next morning. The turn over was so fast to get me in a loaner. Within no time my car was fixed. Matthew was so professional. Gavin Ford has got the right man in the service department!
