I recently had an excellent experience with Galpin Ford in Prescott AZ. It was honestly the best car buying experiences I've ever had. My wife and I commented to eachother several times about what a pleasent experience it was. We were in the dealership for less than 2 hours! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GALPIN!!
Tremendous experience: Quick and efficient to work with! We got The ENTIRE Rear Window assembly Replaced, and then Traded that 2014 F-150 with XLT Package, AND my 2017 Chevrolet Colorado 4x4 in on a New to Us/Me 2024 GMC Denali Canyon 4x4 with inly 14,000 miles on her!!!!
Big thank you to Michael Galvan and the technicians who took care of our Explorer and got it back to us in the two days that the job was estimated to take. We were able then to use it to take family members on a trip we had planned with them.
