We have shopped RV’s for several months now. We have been to over 12 dealers from Flagstaff to Phoenix. One of our shopping techniques was to also call the dealership service departments and ask about how long it would take to get our unit in for service, the reply’s were shocking. I've been in to Galpin (Cottonwood) about four times now for repairs and they have always been extremely kind. Gyan and Mike are calm and easy to deal with and both seem extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate that they are super honest and are sure to tell me when something is not necessary so that I'm not paying for something I don't need. I also feel like their prices are totally reasonable for labor. Thanks, guys!
