I've been in to Galpin (Cottonwood) about four times now for repairs and they have always been extremely kind. Gyan and Mike are calm and easy to deal with and both seem extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate that they are super honest and are sure to tell me when something is not necessary so that I'm not paying for something I don't need. I also feel like their prices are totally reasonable for labor. Thanks, guys!
I just did a RV inspection here and they were very helpful with everything I needed in order to get this inspection done for a mutual customer. Sean, on the sales team, was very helpful.
Great experience getting a new hitch installed on our work truck and maintenance/repairs done on the work trailer. They were able to source the right parts and get the job done. I was able to find some time to drop off my truck and trailer with them and it worked out well. That gave them time to trouble-shoot the issues and find the parts. They found a commercial grade hitch to help us get our Clickapro work done safely Thanks!
I can't speak highly enough of the service staff at Galpin Cottonwood. We'd been out of a refrigerator since 4/21/25. Working with Samsung and Lowe's was very frustrating trying to get a resolve. Gyan, Mike, Alex and Jeff were so very understanding. Helped us figure out a plan, and got us back on the road to our next destination with a new frig and they found we were missing a bolt in the sway bar which could have led to an accident. Thank you thank you guys. You're awesome!
