AVOID THIS COMPANY! We moved into a FILTHY home, mold in bathtub, mold in frig, dirty floors, dead bugs under cabinets, etc., etc. Moved from out of state, so didn't see beforehand. They offered NOTHING for the trouble, are very non-responsive, just a horrible experience all around. Then had the nerve to charge US a cleaning fee after we cleaned EVERYTHING from windows to appliances to floors upon moving out. They have earned every bit of their very poor reputation. Too bad we didn't hear about them before moving in.
Galphin reality is a horrible company to rent a property by. They will not respond to request for maintenance issues no matter the size or emergent nature of the issue. Like a severely leaking roof or broken air conditioner. Their property manager Justin will under no circumstances return your phone calls. They don’t clean the properties before you move into them. Terrible terrible terrible.
