Dr. Galofaro has helped me deal with some serious health issues. He is support of my choice for functional/ integrative medicine and leads me to appropriate supplements needed. His professional yet compassionate manner is greatly appreciated. He is a brilliant man who keeps up with the latest in healthcare.
I have never been to a doctor who spent this much time taking to me. As a new patient, I had several question and concerns, and he took time to review all of them. The office staff has also been great. I’ve called several times with questions, been able to get through and get help I needed or they have called me back in a timely manner.
Awesome face to face, but 1 time since 08 did his nurse call to tell me I had a bladder infection which I already knew. I quit going to him when covid started. Disturbing when I bring my records to another Dr and find out all the problems I've been complaining abt has reasons including a defective heart valve shown from test I ask him to order. Litterly I could be dead bc not 1 time did he ever tell me I needed a appointment to go over test results or call to tell me test results..I will never recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Galafaro LISTENS, and takes my concerns seriously, and always proposes solutions that are easy to understand. He is very thorough, very caring, and follows through with the suggested treatments.
Been my doctor for awhile. Never had to wait to long to see him. Brittany is great too. Office staff who answer phones and check out on the other hand DO NOT know anything! You should know my copay when I come in if not get your manager... I wanted to pay my bill then but couldn't because of staff.. never answer phone calls... again no reflection of the doctor and Brittany!
HE IS THE BEST!!! TAKES HIS TIME, EXPLAINS, REALLY TAKES IN THE WHOLE SITUATION TO MAKE THE BEST PLAN TO MOVE FORWARD. SAVED MY LIFE WHILE OTHER DOCTORS GAVE UP ON ME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRIAN GALOFARO!!
Dr. Galofaro is exactly what I was looking for in a doctor. He takes the time to listen, explains things very clearly, and tells you what you NEED to hear in as nice a way possible. I never feel rushed. The staff have always been pleasant and efficient.
Dr Galofaro was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Although the office was busy I did not wait long.
Waste of my time and money. He barely spent 10 minutes with me and he did all the talking. I had to tell him what labs to put on my lab request form. When labs came back at my review appointment he said everything was fine. After I got a copy of my labs I found 3 lab results that were below normal and the doc didn't bother to tell me. I work in the health field so I know he missed it. I will be looking for a new internal m,ed doc.
