It's an old location if you are looking for the galo enterprise for subway but everyone was very nice there.
This review stems from a call last week regarding the Subway location in Graceville. After calling Galo and complaining about an extremely rude "employee" and her telling me she was going to take care of it since she had received other complaints about the same person...only to find out that person is still there. You all should do better. You've lost business. It was the only "healthy" food option here in Graceville and we will no longer be enjoying it. Seems no one cares as long as there is a body behind the counter.
I went here to have orientation for Subway. It isn't a restaurant, it's an office. The lady was very nice and professional. It made the whole process go smooth.
