WORST PLACE TO LIVE AT!!! Every single night I come home, I here from the 3rd floor spanish music all night! Asked the office to do something about it and they continued to do nothing and ignore my request. APT 50W is the problem!!! With people continuing to come in and out of the apartment every day all hours of the night. Also taking up all the visitor parking every single night with cars that don't belong here. What's the point of giving us residential stickers if Castlebrook doesn't enforce towing. Can't even have anyone... read more

I currently reside here with my girlfriend and both my kids and it’s the worst decision I have ever made in my life. First the rent is high does not include anything. Everything in the apartment started to deteriorate literally my first week here. Second day here we got neighbors blasting music and movies so loud it over power everything. Then the arguments, don’t know if I payed for a place to stay or a seat for jerry springer. Have lived here for 4 years the place has really gone down hill. Garbage and liter all over. Landscaping has had no maintenance grass has many bare spots with mud. The outside is filthy cob webs, dirt, leaves the sidewalks and entry ways are never cleaned. Very poor response to rocken appliances. Our dryer has been broken and takes 2-3 times to actually dry a load. We were told it is the vent and they won’t do anything about it until after the pandemic. Is this even safe??
