The office won't give me my test results. No fax, no phone, no letter, nothing. Apparently this might be a HIPA thing but either way, the person who finally answered the phone (it seriously rang 20 times) was a jerk and transferred me to Donna, the office manager, who... like the other reviews, was unhappy, unhelpful and rude.They have an office policy that apparently requires you to go in for another co-pay qualifying office visit so you can sit in their waiting area for an hour past your appointment to see a doctor who mus... read more
