My sister bought a screen door from Gallup Lumber & Supply Co/Ace Hardware. Salesperson Anthony Cleveland assisted my sister whom informed Anthony Cleveland of the specifications required for her front screen door replacement. Anthony Cleveland told my sister that the particular door he was selling to her would fit her mobile home and that “all mobile homes are built with the same specifications”. Be more customer oriented Honor sales
The guys in the back didn't want to or too lazy to secure the heavy coal/wood stove for us! They sent us to the guy at the gate, he then uses this skinny tie down & only tied it down at the bottom! We traveled many miles to purchase this stove & to be treated in such way was appalling!! We want to travel home safely & this stove to be tied down safely! Not so!! Then this native guy comes out, again refused to secure it safely for us or even tie it down securely. His excuse was, its not our responsibly once its in the vehicle... read more
