Its nice. I was at the Pharmacy and the lady who I talked to was rude. I had a couple of questions to ask her and she rolled her eyes and said "sign in and wait till you're called." I did what she said and I waited nearly an hour. I went to ask again, but it was a different lady. She was very nice and she answered my questions. She apologised to me about the wait and the previous worker.
